Carpeted in rich, Yukon-inspired tones of burgundy and gold, our Grand Ballroom has no match among meeting rooms in Whitehorse. With its high ceiling and beautiful arched windows, this room ensures an abundance of natural light to help your group stay focused, refreshed and productive when necessary. The Grand Ballroom can also be reconfigured as two or three smaller rooms, each with a separate entrance.
Nearby, our Boardroom and Library are perfect for small meetings and break-out sessions. For a truly unique meeting or dining experience, our enclosed deck is available for private functions for up to 120 people.
All of our conference rooms are equipped with state of the art microphones, overhead screens, high speed Internet connections and telephone lines. We also rent TVs, VCRs, overhead projectors, slide projectors, LCD projectors, flip charts with markers, and cordless microphones.
