Conference Rooms

The experience of walking into our Grand Ballroom is an experience that can not be equalled in any meeting space in Whitehorse. The vaulted ceilings and beautifully arched windows reaching to the top will be the first thing you notice. With the large windows comes an abundance of natural sunlight shining through to help your group stay refreshed and focused when required. All the light coming into the room also helps the Yukon inspired colours of burgundy and gold stand out in the carpeting.

The Grand Ballroom can accommodate upwards of 400 people, but can be reconfigured into two or three smaller rooms, each with a separate entrance. Nearby, our Boardroom will amaze with the views it offers, and the Library will be perfect for the dedicated team that needs to get the job done. Both are perfect for separate meetings or breakout sessions for your group.
All our conference rooms are equipped with high speed wireless internet connections, state of the art microphones, overhead screens, and dedicated telephone lines. We also rent: TVs, DVDs, LCD projectors, flip charts, and wireless microphones.
