Catering

The flavours that our Catering Department can produce will ignite your taste buds on fire. The Chef and the team have the skills and creativity to create unforgettable meals of bold flavours and original styles. They have the flexibility to craft menus that will match the requirements for your group, from morning snacks and cocktail appetizers, to full breakfast buffets and five course dinners. All of our meals are prepared with the finest ingredients available, with the aim of using local produce and meats whenever possible. Our service staff are always friendly and efficient when bringing out the meals to the guests.

Additional services available for your group include a cash bar service, an extensive list of fine wines, and the ability to cater the meetings off-site away from the High Country Inn or the Yukon Convention Centre.
