Whitehorse has been a natural meeting place for hundreds of years, ever since the First Nations groups met at the riverbanks to fish and trade in the summertime. Next came the Klondike pioneers stopping to catch their breath before heading further downstream to Dawson City in hopes of finding gold. The real gold is found every day in our meeting rooms as business deals are struck, policies hammered out, or social gatherings occur for networking.
Our meeting facilities match the unique Yukon character that the rest of the hotel offers. Our large Ballrooms are full of sunlight and have been known to host meetings late into the evenings under the Midnight Sun. The views out of the Boardroom looking over the mountains and the Yukon river can not be matched as a source of inspiration over long negotiations. If you need a larger space, the Yukon Convention Centre is one of the largest meeting rooms available in Whitehorse with access to our superior catering services.
The High Country Inn has to the aim of being the natural meeting place for the next generation of people seeking gold. With 5800 square feet of flexible space that can accommodate 500 people, there is plenty of gold to be found in our halls.
